Who we are

This site is operated by Fraschetti Consulting and Sales LLC, based in Cleveland, OH, United States. We sell replacement parts for commercial bakery scoring machines and ship within the United States.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information, and only when you give it to us.

When you contact us

If you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter, which typically means your name, phone number, business email address and whatever you write in the message, including any photographs you attach. We use that to answer your question and to identify the part you need. Nothing more.

When you place an order

Orders are processed by Stripe, not by this website. When you click Buy Now you are taken to a checkout page hosted by Stripe, where you enter your card details, billing address and shipping address.

Automatically

Our host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is ordinary server logging used for security and to keep the site running.

Who else is involved

We use a small number of third parties to run the site. Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with data.

• Stripe — payment processing and checkout. Handles all card data and collects your billing and shipping address.
• Go High Level — the contact form is embedded from our website and marketing partner's system, so form submissions are received and stored there before reaching us.
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery for the website itself.
• Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising purposes.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use bakeryconsultant.com; for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived at the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect this information. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with your name, email address or other information you may have given us elsewhere on the site.

Google may process this data as described in its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.

The embedded contact form and the Stripe checkout may set additional cookies necessary for those services to function.

How long we keep things

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer them and to maintain a record of who we have dealt with. Order records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting and warranty purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law. To make any of those requests, contact us using the details below and tell us what you are asking for.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Children

This is a business-to-business site selling industrial equipment parts. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here rather than communicated individually.
